There is a lot of information that I'd like to cover, so it will likely be taking me a while. However, I'm very excited to be sharing this part of my studies and career with you on this website!

Hello! My name is M.A.F.C. (or Andy, if you'd rather not refer to me by the name I plan on publishing under), and my pronouns are they/he. I'm a young twenty-something humanities student with no computer science experience and I wanted to try something new.

This site will mainly serve as a digital collection of all of my ideas, academic happenings, art, projects, and so on. I like to think that it'll be a fun mix of literary criticism, Y2K flashing colors, fasch-bashing, creative expression, and nostalgia. I don't have too much to say currently as it's still heavily under construction, so do with this what you will, I suppose. :)

It may not be the most "professional" in appearance, but it is the content of my posts that is truly important. This website looks freakish, and freaks make the world go 'round.

Available through this website is my blog, where I hope to make frequent posts. These will likely be centered on topics that I have researched, political or literary critique, or simply snapshots of my day-to-day life. The topics themselves will vary, which I think will make my blog incredibly fun.

I have created a page that is specifically for academic resources, which I plan to update frequently.

I hope to post the art that I create as well. I mainly write prose poetry but I do enjoy painting from time to time. I don't plan to post too much poetry, as it may disqualify the opportunity for said poetry to be published elsewhere, but I will still upload writing when I see it appropriate.

Updates on my current projects will be under the tab "Other Projects". These may include updates on my published writing, academic conferences that I attend, and trips abroad/to other universities.

I hope that this website can become a safe haven to the other massive nerds, writers, queer folks, academics, students, freaks, geeks, weirdos, and offputting individuals out there. Enjoy your stay. :)
